Very helpful even though they did not have the part I needed. Not at at chauvinistic like some places, seeing as Im a woman asking about parts. Great down to earth people.

Popped along to find a few parts for the car. The website stated they had two on the yard. About 5 full searches of the yard and asking, i left without finding both vehicles. Staff had no clue and were unhelpful when i asked. Least I'd expect is for good customer service and help...

Amazing company they do what they say paid for my scrapped car good money and they were honest about bank transfer. Transfered money in my account after taking the car away thanks Shaun and Mark great guys.

Firstly, I need to explain that I never post a review by reading any of the other reviews about a business. That way my reviews are always unbiased and based upon my own personal experiences of dealing with the business in question. I must admit to being saddened to see the low score (3.3 when this review was written) as my dealings with Dannny and his team have been nothing short of superb. I've bought two engines from him so far, via that well known online auction site. Now, as anyone who knows anything about cars will tell you, buying a 2nd hand engine is dangerous in itself. Buying it from that auction site makes it doubly dangerous, but even worse, when it's a VW BCA engine the danger level goes into the red as they are horrid little engines! However, Danny promised to send me a good one, and even though the engine was advertised as "a bare engine", he left on a massive number of very useful parts. That's a tremendous bonus! There was quite a delay in getting the engine fitted, between the weather and working hours etc, but I got there in the end and gingerly turned the key in the ignition and it started first time! Now, anyone who knows modern engines knows that the hydraulic tappets take time to pump up to full pressure so the engine will sound clattery to start with. This often terrifies the uninitiated! Within minutes the engine settled down to a perfect idle and sounded so sweet I was shocked! So, from my experiences at least, Danny and his team are the good guys. They have done me proud, and that is why they receive the full five stars. The engines arrive on time, very carefully wrapped, and okay maybe I was lucky having some extra parts left on the engine, but the best thing was that the engine was great, as was the communications with Danny and his team, so I just can't fault them. -------------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: I am not employed by this business, nor am I in any way connected with them. Its good keep sending me items which was good but too expensive

The staff are extremely rude , they give you the wrong parts on purpose, so when you take it back they won’t refund you at all , or give you another part. The old man behaves like a 10 year old , simply haven’t been taught any manners , he was shouting and screaming at me for no reason , extremely rude , I would avoid it at all costs , the worsts salvage ever, run by a few disgusting individuals.

This is a very professional company they gave a good price and kept me Informed about collection times. They are very friendly and helpful and I would certainly recommend them. Thanks for your help
