Fantastic service, I thought I had key to auto Astra, gone or lost, no problem. Through experience and guile, dragged car with wheels locked, onto vehicle and away. Very very thankful, as I am moving house the next day. Very helpful and patient while attempting to look for key, I know what I would have called myself, #**#. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Called a week and a half in advance to book a car to be scrapped. On the day my calls were dodged, texts ignored and eventually I was told it would be picked up by the end of the day and then nothing. Left me high and dry and trying to find another firm to take it. V v unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend. Redcorn seem much more profession so far.
