Congrats to Wendy in the office and Chris who picked up the car. A friendly and efficient service, all organised to suit my availability. Everything happened on time. Payment received within the hour. The bonus was their registering my car's transfer to them with the DVLA. This generated an email confirming it straightaway, and a tax refund cheque was in my hand within a week. Couldn't be bettered!
