I Purchased a item through Breakers yard and I paid for the item on the 7th April 2021(directly to Ford Spares), and was told it was dispatched on the 8th (that was a lie) for was received by the courier on the 12th April. And i have still not had the delivery(over 2 weeks) and it's been me chasing them up, for updates and when I will receive it. I got breakersyard involved but no Joy to my problem. I have asked for a refund again no Joy. So I would be carefull of parting with money first

He explained everything clearly and was all round a nice guy. He made the emotional process as easy as possible. Excellent service.
