Very impressed by the service I received from Charlotte when I scrapped my car in Oct, prior to collecting a new one round the corner. She offered a very fair price (comparable with other offers I’d received from reputable vehicle recyclers) and much better than the lazy price/service offered by the adjacent “well-known” scrap business. Charlotte explained everything clearly, completed the computer forms in less than 10 minutes and payment was received, as promised, the next day. Really can’t fault the service!

Brilliant service! I put a request out for wing mirror mid afternoon , I had a call back within 20 minutes, pictures then sent to make sure correct part and the very helpful gentleman then text to say he had posted it (to kent) and I received it next morning! Can’t get better service than that! 100% from me. Thank you!

I Booked in my car as the windows stopped working. I was asked to bring my car down and for them to check it. So I left my car at the garage and they said they will call me later to identify what was wrong. I was called 2 hours later with a quote for a regulator and fitting. And also an extra £20 for them to look at the fault. I was very unhappy as they should have told me there would be a charge to find the fault before I left my car with them. Anyway I went to collect my car as I was quoted around £180 for two window regulator and felt this was a very high price. I have the call recorded as well which I always do in these scenarios. I was given the vehicle back with the window had dropped and when I gave them the car the window was fine. I called them back to let them know as I would have to remove the door card to wind the window again and their response was "you give us the car and we open it and put it back together". Yes I gave you my car but you dropped the window and I spent 1 hour opening the door card (Volkswagen) and pulling the window out again. From the reviews looked professional so I chose these guy. Guys always!! Ask if there is a charge for them to even look at your car as I was never told.
