Very impressed by the service I received from Charlotte when I scrapped my car in Oct, prior to collecting a new one round the corner. She offered a very fair price (comparable with other offers I’d received from reputable vehicle recyclers) and much better than the lazy price/service offered by the adjacent “well-known” scrap business. Charlotte explained everything clearly, completed the computer forms in less than 10 minutes and payment was received, as promised, the next day. Really can’t fault the service!

They are calling tomorrow, at a time to suit me, can't ask for more than that. Polite and helpful on the phone, rang back when they said they would, unlike another company.

Collection of a oven and other scrap completed as arranged. I would highly recommend.
