Brilliant service! I put a request out for wing mirror mid afternoon , I had a call back within 20 minutes, pictures then sent to make sure correct part and the very helpful gentleman then text to say he had posted it (to kent) and I received it next morning! After the engine seized on my car I spoke to Sam who knew loads about my particular mazda engine, even asked about problems I was having that I'd not even mentioned! Which are unique to this car. I deliberately asked about the negative reviews online which were explained to me, so I decided to take my car in. I've done the first 600 miles, mpg is better, torque is lovely and smooth and it's driving better than ever. The warranty is a comfort, and based on my dealings with everyone there, I'd have no problem recommending them.
