Worst business I have ever dealt with, 1 star is to good for this business, total time wasters, tell you they have parts, arranged a day and time to collect then they don't turn up, tell you they don't open till 1 hour after the time they arranged to meet you there, waited 1 hr and still never came then got all aggressive when I rang, telling me he is doing me a favour by coming in and he will be there when he gets there, very bad business and even worse customer skills,

Very friendly young worker came for steering pump, found me one straight away and gave decent price

Need a Used Part for you vehicle make sure you use this site. Easy - Straight Forward - no technical buff - got my part within a few days from a supplier in Manchester without me going there. Got emails from different parts of the UK so at-least I Know i have a choice who to get the parts from. rather then looking around myself. Will Only use this site from now on... Will Recommend to everyone...

After the engine seized on my car I spoke to Sam who knew loads about my particular mazda engine, even asked about problems I was having that I'd not even mentioned! Which are unique to this car. I deliberately asked about the negative reviews online which were explained to me, so I decided to take my car in. I've done the first 600 miles, mpg is better, torque is lovely and smooth and it's driving better than ever. The warranty is a comfort, and based on my dealings with everyone there, I'd have no problem recommending them.

Brilliant service! I put a request out for wing mirror mid afternoon , I had a call back within 20 minutes, pictures then sent to make sure correct part and the very helpful gentleman then text to say he had posted it (to kent) and I received it next morning! Can’t get better service than that! 100% from me. Thank you!
