We've sold a few scrap vehicles to Whip Street. The staff are always helpful and polite, their prices are fair and they collect when they say they will. A great bunch.
Very professional and good humoured, a very well run and friendly, useful service. I have used this company in the past and they get better and better.
We were driving our vehicle to the garage to be scrapped when it gave up on us on route, it just died and we were stuck on the main one way system through town in a dangerous position, causing traffic build ups. We called the garage and spoke to a very lovely female and were saved by recovery driver Mark, he arrived extremely quick, he was so nice and friendly he hooked our car up in no time and took it to the garage for us. Absolute hero! We are so grateful. Thank you all a million times!
Absolutely spot on. Let down by another breakers in Ipswich who had supposedly got the engine I asked for ready to turn up and it was the wrong one. Saw the guys at whip Street who had the exact engine I needed but it was still in the car they were breaking, hour and a half later I had a call, it was out and I was loaded and ready to head home. Couldn't have asked for better service really appreciated the help I was given.

Polite, courteous and efficient plus a fair price paid for scrap. The two negative reviews I read could not be further from my experience. All transactions required ID and bank account details so all was above board. Very happy and would defiantly use them again in the future.
