I bought a car door online through the live chat, the advisor was efficient, friendly, and helpful. I got the door delivered to my local SYNETIQ in Winsford, I briefly mentioned about it getting fitted at a nearby garage and the staff were super happy to help and immediately offered to get the door sent over to the nearby garage, saving me a massive struggle trying to get the door to fit in my small car. Fantastic service, I could not recommend more!! UPDATE: I ended up returning the door (no problems with it I just changed my mind) and they were just as helpful and efficient with returning the door.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST. Phoned up for a quote to scrap my car, and the receptionist was rude, and the price they offered was £50 LESS than anywhere else I called. DO NOT use these, absolute rip off. Went with Aintree Scrap instead. Much better offer.
