Called, made arrangements for car to be picked up, they kept me informed of timing and picked it up, no fuss. Very happy. No hassle.

Highly recommend payment within an hour, girl in office done all paperwork for me and gave me a copy to keep. also got a tyre for £15 for my new car whilst I was there, excellent tread on it. would use again its nice to support a local business that is family run during these hard times

Fantastic! Exactly how things should be done. I required a car to be uplifted and, within a super quick time, a genuinely courteous driver arrived to winch my car onto the truck - all this less than 24 hours after I made the initial request. Shining example of what great customer service is all about - totally recommend these guys.

Lots of staff standing around doing nothing, had to find someone willing to speek to me. Don't think they were interested as I was driving an old car.

Responded within 20 minutes of my posting. We exchanged photographs, and dispatch was effected from Cumbria to Devon the next day. Now fitted and driving happily again. Pleasant to deal with and did what was promised. I felt confident in the part and unlike some online transactions it worked a treat. Very good.
