I've used this place a few times (my bad luck with cars). Every single time they help as much as they can, really friendly, helpful guys. Went above and beyond today! Much thanks to Sam. Will continue to use as much as needed (hopefully not that much tho ha ha).

Used binn skips a few times, no issues... but . I change my bank details 2 years ago. They get you fill in a form to change your details. Instead of them changing them straight away they left the sheet in the to do list. So when I went in two weeks ago, I was meant get money paid in the account which I updated two year ago and instead they paid in the old one! I can't get access to the old account and they told me contact the bank but bank won't do anything. I honestly think binn skips should just send the amount to my correct bank as it was there fault they didn't update my details on there system, but they want me chase a bank which doesn't even see the transaction as the bank account is closed now I will now be using another scrap place as there always a problem with payments

Had to get rid of my wife's car. Emailed Thomson's and got a price straight back. Dropped the car off, they took care of all the paperwork and paid straight away. Great service, thanks guys.
