Very impressed with the service from beginning to end. Very professional office staff who kept me informed at every step which is very comforting for people like me who have never had to scrap a car before. Called up BJ Salvage this morning - attentive on the phone and called back as promised within 10 minutes. Car picked up by a very delightful chap who got the car up the flatbed truck within a second literally then promptly got the papers signed and payment made into my account. All within 1 hour of making the initial call. Superb service. Cheers guys.

Sold our car for a good price. However more importantly the car had sentimental value to us. The guy who collected (Mark) was very friendly, understanding and patient. He explained everything clearly and was all round a nice guy. He made the emotional process as easy as possible. Excellent service.
