Very impressed with this company. Accepted their quote on Friday and got a call a few hours later to arrange collection for Monday. They called Monday morning to confirm their arrival time, the car was taken very quickly and the money was in my account 3 hours later. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, the whole process was absolutely painless. I would highly recommend this company.

Polite, courteous and efficient plus a fair price paid for scrap. The two negative reviews I read could not be further from my experience. All transactions required ID and bank account details so all was above board. Very happy and would defiantly use them again in the future.

I had been trying to find a salvage company to take away my old car. The first company offered me money and then completely ghosted me. I contacted Norfolk Salvage and they got back to me the same day with a quote. They were also great to contact me to let me know they had to push back collection by a couple of days.
