Scrap Yards & Breakers in Mid Suffolk District Suffolk, England

I ordered an engine which arrived in a poor state of repair. I was promised it ran fine. We removed the rocker cover to replace the timing belt and found the valve gear covered in a thick sludge. The engine is scrap! In order to receive my refund I have to incur £76 carriage costs. Buyer beware!

Very impressed, only needed to place a very small order, but Michael was fast with responses and provided the part required quickly. Really impressed and would recommend these guys to anyone needing spares.

Absolutely spot on. Let down by another breakers in Ipswich who had supposedly got the engine I asked for ready to turn up and it was the wrong one. Saw the guys at whip Street who had the exact engine I needed but it was still in the car they were breaking, hour and a half later I had a call, it was out and I was loaded and ready to head home. Couldn't have asked for better service really appreciated the help I was given.

I had been trying to find a salvage company to take away my old car. The first company offered me money and then completely ghosted me. I contacted Norfolk Salvage and they got back to me the same day with a quote. They were also great to contact me to let me know they had to push back collection by a couple of days. Prompt payment on collection and talked me through everything as a first time seller. Couldn't have felt more at ease.
