What a company! 10 out of 10 all the way. From the very beginning and throughout even with paying off the funds. Honestly you could not fault them. Plus , the wonderful guy that came to collect the Pick Up was so polite, respectful, professional and cared. We had a great talk of Canada and we could have spoken all day. He was a true gent. So, thank you sir! I had previously contacted another garage that were rude, obnoxious and well, just didn’t give a damm! Before contacting this one and what a difference. This garage was a hidden gem and a true blessing! And to top it off, the came the same day and on time and the money was transferred into my account before leaving. I would personally highly recommend this company to all. And to everyone involved with my pickup, my family and I thank you, appreciate you and feel valued by you all. Thank you all so much. Great service, trustworthy and honest I bought a gearbox from these guys and there was an issue with it - not their fault but just one of those things so I called them and they were more than happy for me to use some parts from it that solved my issue and gave me a partial refund. Really helpful and a breath of fresh air for there to be some good guys out there. Would certainly use again as a good test of a business is when there is an issue and these guys sorted it no questions asked.

Travelled to Joe's from West Wales to purchase a part for our car, he was most helpful when I first rang him, he told me the condition of the part and how much it would cost me. The part was much cheaper than other breakers I had already called. Upon arrival Joe was most pleasant, the part was exactly as described, if not better. I would recommend, with no hesitation.

Sold our car for a good price. However more importantly the car had sentimental value to us. The guy who collected (Mark) was very friendly, understanding and patient. He explained everything clearly and was all round a nice guy. He made the emotional process as easy as possible. Excellent service.
