Contacted earlier in the week about scrapping a car. Agreed price and agreed to bring the car on a Saturday. Arrived as planned only to be told the guy we sorted things out with knew he would be on holiday and that we shouldn’t have brought the car.. Had to take car back - not very impressed with the shoddy attitude.

I cannot recommend 'Motion Salvage' highly enough. From beginning to end the service was excellent. They are quick and efficient. They give you a set price and pay immediately they have taken the car. Carl and Ashley could not have been more helpful. Worst business I have ever dealt with, 1 star is to good for this business, total time wasters, tell you they have parts, arranged a day and time to collect then they don't turn up, tell you they don't open till 1 hour after the time they arranged to meet you there, waited 1 hr and still never came then got all aggressive when I rang, telling me he is doing me a favour by coming in and he will be there when he gets there, very bad business and even worse customer skills,
