Very bad experience with very bad company. Terrible Customer service and people not bothered about Customers. Ring this morning and ask one of the lads trying to explain situation and they just start swearing and treat you like a shi... BUYERS BE CAREFUL. That one star its only because there is no option for zero stars.
Fantastic people to deal with originally I found a car breaking on Facebook marketplace started chatting with them and realising these are a legitimate seller fully went ahead with the purchase of my Audi radio from them. They turned up the same day that I phoned and gave a very fair price for a dead pickup truck and a very friendly service. The payment was sorted out immediately and the vehicle was taken away. Alan even spent additional minutes taking the roof rack off and radio out as he arrived so promptly we hadn't had a chance! If we scrap another vehicle we will definitely use them again. Would fully recommend them to anyone with a vehicle to get rid of.

Fraudsters and thieves. Keep away!!! Downgraded my absolutely clean wire and washed copper pipes without telling . After confronting them, I was told that my copper was with mud,dirt,and burnt. Then asked for pictures or CCTV as evidence,refused to provide it,lied that my copper was already processed so I couldn't see what was wrong with it.
