I had been trying to find a salvage company to take away my old car. The first company offered me money and then completely ghosted me. I contacted Norfolk Salvage and they got back to me the same day with a quote. They were also great to contact me to let me know they had to push back collection by a couple of days. Prompt payment on collection and talked me through everything as a first time seller. Couldn't have felt more at ease.

Car was collected the same day by very friendly and helpful person who explained how to notify the DVLA online. Payment was made to my bank account before the car was even out of sight.
