I had been trying to find a salvage company to take away my old car. The first company offered me money and then completely ghosted me. I contacted Norfolk Salvage and they got back to me the same day with a quote. They were also great to contact me to let me know they had to push back collection by a couple of days. Prompt payment on collection and talked me through everything as a first time seller. Couldn't have felt more at ease.

These guys were great to deal with, made the whole process very quick and easy. Luke the owner was professional, polite and provided outstanding service. Ted came to pick up my car and was lovely to meet, he helped explain what I had to do on line and made sure I understood - as a bonus he also gave me some tips for the future when buying a car, really enjoyed meeting him.
