Terrible product, terrible customer service - I ordered a mud guard from these guys. It turned up with one of the main fixing points missing which i wasn't informed about before it was sent to me. On contacting him and explaining the situation he said to send it back if I wasn't happy but he refused to cover the cost of of postage. So now I've ended up paying £35 for a broken mud guard. My advise is to avoid these guys at all possible costs.
Have used Ian many times in past to get rid of white goods and other scrap. He provides a very prompt service. A quick message on Facebook to him with address and he is on it.
