Scrap Yards & Breakers in Maldon District Essex, England

Nervous of making my first trip to a scrap yard, I was instantly reassured by the kind and helpful staff. Scrap metal prices are low at the moment but every little helps and I didn't feel intimidated or embarrassed to be dropping off my buckets of bolts.

Had no real problems finding the place, good communication when I was arranging pick up, and when I arrived there, the item was spot on what I had been shown on the photographs, and the guys here were nice enough to even load the heavy large van door into my van for me, and even got some bubble wrap to make sure it didn't do any damage to my van- very reasonable and friendly, and would recommend

Would highly recommend this company first, not just for their green credentials but also for their expertise and policy of putting customers needs first. I always look forward to a trip to NMR - it is fascinating to see how recycling is handled on a fairly large scale.
