Time had come to scrap our beloved 17yr old family car..decided to go with Ace as they offered best quote (even though we are a bit far from them) and they are DVLA approved scrap yard. The only place I know that will weigh non ferrous metals like copper lead and brass and give you a cheque to the name on your ID for the value . I was really surprised as got £85 for a box of mixed metals I found in my garage !

Excellent service. Picked up an Astra h 3 door driver seat and an expansion tank as mine was leaking. They even fitted it for me. Very helpful/knowledgeable brothers. Cheap too. Will definitely use them again
