I cannot praise this company enough, we had left our car at a garage in Weymouth, QMVS to be exact, and the guy there tried to initially stop them taking the car, then he lied to both myself and GP Metals and Spares, and finally let them take the car after he had taken the engine out. After many phone calls it was resolved. Sophie and Adam at GP Metals and Spares went above and beyond in their customer care, with phone calls and even a visit to the nefarious garage. They were honest and open, their customer care goes above and beyond. If only all businesses were like this!
