Friendly and welcoming staff in reception/back office and on the yard. Looked after a new customer brilliantly. Sent queue jumper straight to the back. Fair prices and promptly paid. Excellent service all round. I will use their services again in the future.

Disgusting behaviour from the staff. 1 even called an ex army retired pensioner a bum. Bit of a cheek considering he beats his wife.

Popped along to find a few parts for the car. The website stated they had two on the yard. About 5 full searches of the yard and asking, i left without finding both vehicles. Staff had no clue and were unhelpful when i asked. Least I'd expect is for good customer service and help...

Called in today for a new brake caliper and had one sorted and back on the car in an hour. Had an engine supplied too about a year ago and all still going strong. A couple of other bits like water pump pulleys as well always been sound great place. Just wish you were allowed to go and see all the minis they’ve got stashed!

Great service by Dan. Kept me updated along the way during the MOT, told me everything I needed to know about the far and answered all my questions. Would recommend 👍🏼
