Fantastic service could not ask for more, bought an engine with a two month warranty. The engine had timing chain problems contacted first class motors and they fitted a new timing chain kit with no cost to myself, very friendly and always keen to help with any issues that I have had. Definitely use first class in the future.

Only tried ford parts twice never had the parts i required. once for a ecu that i was told that to find one would be really hard which it didn't turn out to be? the other for a simple bonnet catch that they didn't have in stock for my Ford mondeo i Had to go elsewhere and both parts were found elsewhere quite easily. So in future I'll be going elsewhere. The staff were friendly enough though no problem on that side. Maybe i rang up at the wrong time and to be fair this coronavirus problem could have knock on effect who knows
