Terrible product, terrible customer service - I ordered a mud guard from these guys. It turned up with one of the main fixing points missing which i wasn't informed about before it was sent to me. On contacting him and explaining the situation he said to send it back if I wasn't happy but he refused to cover the cost of of postage. So now I've ended up paying £35 for a broken mud guard. My advise is to avoid these guys at all possible costs.

They turned up the same day that I phoned and gave a very fair price for a dead pickup truck and a very friendly service. The payment was sorted out immediately and the vehicle was taken away. Alan even spent additional minutes taking the roof rack off and radio out as he arrived so promptly we hadn't had a chance! If we scrap another vehicle we will definitely use them again. Would fully recommend them to anyone with a vehicle to get rid of.
