Very impressed by the service I received from Charlotte when I scrapped my car in Oct, prior to collecting a new one round the corner. She offered a very fair price (comparable with other offers I’d received from reputable vehicle recyclers) and much better than the lazy price/service offered by the adjacent “well-known” scrap business. Charlotte explained everything clearly, completed the computer forms in less than 10 minutes and payment was received, as promised, the next day. Really can’t fault the service!

Maybe the heat was getting to him but ask for help which would not of taken long ,even said I'd take it off the car myself but won't lend you screwdriver or spanner , oh well went somewhere else problem solved 😉
