Friendly as few, very good service and really recommended.
They were really helpful on the phone, telling me the procedure for collecting and scrapping our car and telling us exactly what they would pay for it. They booked a date only a few days in advance, the driver rang before coming, as promised, and arrived absolutely on time. The driver was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Money arrived in my bank account the next day, as promised.
Not quite sure why these guys don’t have a higher rating. Can’t really fault any part of the service that was provided: -One of the best prices I could find online selling my car -Driver called about an hour ahead and arrived when he said he would (very polite and knowledgable also) -COD arrived same day when could have taken longer -Money arrived within few hours when it could have taken longer Fantastic service and will definitely use again if needs be! 👌 👏
