I have used this firm twice now. And will be again. I've received a fast friendly and efficient service.
From calling them for information about splitting metal types and current prices, to being served at the yard the whole process was easy, friendly, polite, extremely professional, completely trustworthy, excellent prices given and promt payment. The yard is clean, tidy, safe and well organised. No concerns over punctures with a yard so well swept. All in all no room for improvement, they're getting everything right already and I'll be returning after my first trip today.

Not impressed at all Phone them up and they said that they be round on Wednesday next week!! Wednesdays came and no show so I phoned the following day they said that they wear so sorry and that they will send someone round later that day no-show (again)so phoned up and once again they wear very apologetic said they will send someone round never happened won’t be phoning them up ever again I won’t be telling Friends or family where to go with a scrap metal Except go to a proper scrap merchants like Southampton

Great service and paid good price for scrap car. We scrapped a car and it was due to be picked up the day before moving house, I had missed their call for collecting so when I phoned back the owners said they would come and collect it after they had closed that day to save any stress on moving day which was very appreciated. The van we were using to move had also run a flat battery so they helped get that going to. Thanks
