I had been trying to find a salvage company to take away my old car. The first company offered me money and then completely ghosted me. I contacted Norfolk Salvage and they got back to me the same day with a quote. They were also great to contact me to let me know they had to push back collection by a couple of days. Prompt payment on collection and talked me through everything as a first time seller. Couldn't have felt more at ease.

Amazing service, cannot fault at all. Very quick response to enquiry, very fair price to take scrap car. Car was collected the same day by very friendly and helpful person who explained how to notify the DVLA online. Payment was made to my bank account before the car was even out of sight. If I could leave zero stars I would, I phone to see if he had the part, was told he does and hell get it removed and he will see me later even after I asked for a price he hung up, I then visited to arrange the part and also arrange a part for my other vehicle, he then tried to overcharge me an extortionate amount to which I said I'll leave that for now as it's a bit pricey he then proceeded to usher me off the premises to which I asked about the other part i required he continued to tell me to go away as I've wasted his and his lads time, to which I reminded him I've wasted my time and also my fuel expense... will NEVER use this poor excuse of a business again.

These guys were great to deal with, made the whole process very quick and easy. Luke the owner was professional, polite and provided outstanding service. Ted came to pick up my car and was lovely to meet, he helped explain what I had to do on line and made sure I understood - as a bonus he also gave me some tips for the future when buying a car, really enjoyed meeting him. An honest and helpful group of people - Highly recommended.
