I had been communicating with Tom all week and drove from central London to purchase a refurb steering wheel personally from him on Sunday afternoon. I was replacing my old steering wheel with new one, outside his place, when I made a school boy error of not removing the cables from the steering wheel attached to the electronic slip ring correctly and therefore immobilising my vehicle. Basically would’ve been up a river without a paddle if not for Tom, who kindly went out of way, to source and provide me with a used electronic slip ring at very short notice. I cannot sing his praises highly enough for his extremely professionalism, friendly and helpful manner. In addition by displaying enough thought, consideration and care for myself and missus by ensuring we did not spend the night in the car.
