I recently had my driver window of my WAV smashed in by a theif who stole my old dash cam. The owner of Van Spares was so kind that even though he did not know us, he heard our story and wanted to help. He sent us a free glass window the next day, free of charge (including postage and packaging)!! With a little girl who is a wheelchair user, our car is essential and this kind owner gave us a gift that meant were able to get on with the important appointments etc in our lives with as little disruption as possible!
