The owner of Van Spares was so kind that even though he did not know us, he heard our story and wanted to help. He sent us a free glass window the next day, free of charge (including postage and packaging)!! With a little girl who is a wheelchair user, our car is essential and this kind owner gave us a gift that meant were able to get on with the important appointments etc in our lives with as little disruption as possible!
