Very helpful service given from Gordon Grove Metals company. Spoke with Dean who was efficient and extremely proactive in organising my car to be collated the same day I called. Also thanks to Ish the driver who collected and explained the paperwork process. Highly recommend
A bumping starts but all sorted, received my payment and they were very apologetic for the mistake.
Review edited based on the brilliant customer service from Hannah after a couple of negative issues I had unfortunately experienced. Another positive note to add was the driver who collected the car was friendly and very helpful.
Car failed it's MOT with totally uneconomical repair bill. Only option was to scrap it and amazingly it was efficently dealt with and collected all within a couple of hours with a prompt satisfactory payment. Cannot fault the polite and friendly service from all concerned.
The management team here is awesome, I honestly can’t say enough. The lady I spoke to was so professional and all ears, ready to listen to any of my concerns. Everyone appreciate’s good customer service. Hope you’re whole team is as good as you. 👍🏼

Used this place twice can't fault the service Rob was very helpful when l needed a collection service would recommend them.
The prices may not always be the most competitive but they don’t mess around with silly administration fees.
Really easy to use, I got my quote on their website late into the night, the very next morning I got a phone call around 8-9am to confirm my details. A couple of hours later the truck arrived and had my car taken within 10 minutes, even as a non-starter it was a simple job of just helping to push it into the open and watch the engineer put it onto the back of the truck. I have nothing bad to say about these guys, quick simple job and I got offered a good price for my old car.

Sorry for the late review but better late then never. Couple of weeks back I've dealt whit this company. The service is not good but excellent. If you need any metal or scrap dealers I suggest you use these guys. Office excellent services the scrap driver the best I ever seen. Just simply excellent , well done boys thanks for everything.
