Best customer service ever the young lady at the desk is one of a kind she will go out her way to get things done fast, she treats people with respect even when others don't respect her, she is someone you would want for your business because she is organised and polite and knows what she is talking about the only thing is she dosnt get the parts for you she just tells the others what the customer needs and i have been there when she has had all the correct information and they've come up with the wrong part and she sends them back or even walks down there to show them the correct part. i keep asking her to come and work for my company because she makes good customer relations with others. shes someone you wished to be apart of your team. Also the men in the yard are also helpful they will try there best to help even though you can see that they are busy they will try and assist you in anyway if anything the man that in the folk lift is the disrespectful one always on his phone and never wants to communicate with customers
