I recently sold my old BMW to Charles Trent, and I have to report the process (even during lockdown) was hassle free. There price for the car was upfront, with no hidden costs. Their staff both on the phone and the driver who collected the vehicle were very friendly and helpful. They were helpful in explaining the process and which bits of paper work to fill in on the V5. The collection driver sent me a text the day before with a time slot, which meant I didn't need to hang around waiting all day. Overall I'm impressed with just how easy and straight forward it was.

Mike was ok to start with. Very helpful but when I asked for an update, on an item he was going to sort out for me, he went off on one. Telling me he was too busy and had no idea when he was going to do it. I left it three weeks and left a message, which he hasn't bothered to answer. So thanks for wasting five weeks of my time Ended up going to Custom Campers who were really helpful and sorted the item out immediately
