The car was purchased from a company of which I am a director, I took out a personal insurance policy under my name and address. However, the V5C was under my company's name and address, therefore the insurer voided my policy after the accident. I am unable to pay for the repairs of the vehicle and am looking to sell it as it is. The car is held in a repair shop in Derby, however, I reside in London. My work address is located in Milton Keynes.
