Can’t fault the service provided at all! Booked online and had a call to confirm the day and time for collection of the car. The man who collected arrived promptly and was very friendly, chatty and polite. Payment was made pretty much straight after too - I wasn’t expecting it to be paid that fast and got an excellent price. Would definitely be recommending to others.
It was an easy process, got a quote the following day. Car was collected a couple of days later . Kurt was so friendly and treated the car with respect . He gave him one last journey up the ramp. Even had a phone call to make sure the bank details was correct . Would definitely recommend!
Benfleet Scrap are always my first choice when scrapping an old vehicle I have used them 4 times now and they are reliable prompt and fair with the customer. They always agree the price and will pay cash or cheque depending on your preference and if they say they will come at a certain time you are guaranteed they will be there. Very highly recommended.

Used this place twice can't fault the service Rob was very helpful when l needed a collection service would recommend them.
Your lorries go speeding along the roads and this is a particular concern as the bridge over the train track is very narrow and you worry for your safety when walking over it with lorries whizzing past your ears. I have also noticed that they do not always have their safety nets over the scrap which is a major health and safety issue.
