Called up BJ Salvage this morning - attentive on the phone and called back as promised within 10 minutes. Car picked up by a very delightful chap who got the car up the flatbed truck within a second literally then promptly got the papers signed and payment made into my account. All within 1 hour of making the initial call. Superb service. Cheers guys.

Travelled to Joe's from West Wales to purchase a part for our car, he was most helpful when I first rang him, he told me the condition of the part and how much it would cost me. The part was much cheaper than other breakers I had already called. Upon arrival Joe was most pleasant, the part was exactly as described, if not better. I would recommend, with no hesitation.

What a company! 10 out of 10 all the way. From the very beginning and throughout even with paying off the funds. Honestly you could not fault them. Plus , the wonderful guy that came to collect the Pick Up was so polite, respectful, professional and cared. We had a great talk of Canada and we could have spoken all day. He was a true gent. So, thank you sir! I had previously contacted another garage that were rude, obnoxious and well, just didn’t give a damm! Before contacting this one and what a difference. This garage was a hidden gem and a true blessing! And to top it off, the came the same day and on time and the money was transferred into my account before leaving. I found this company through Ebay. The engine I needed had been sold. The staff went out of their way to find me another engine that would fit my vehicle. The staff are very straightforward and honest so what you are paying for will be well worth the money. Prices are very reasonable and I would definitely use them in the near future
