I had an assortment of awkward rubbish that I needed collecting. I called these guys and they gave me a hassle free quote for a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately they didn't turn up which is why they lose a star, however the customer service was great from their coordinator who shared my frustrations and kept me reassured. They turned up the next day and did the job without any hassle. I would use them again, but perhaps not if I'm on a tight schedule where punctuality is important.
